Since there is a slight air gap between the metal ceiling and the denim insulation - I decided to add another 3/4 " blue board to close up the gap. I also noticed some minor moisture formation and this will hopefully solve that problem. The 1/8" birch will be attached to 1 x 3" wood furring strips.
